●Piezoelectric element is an element which expands and contracts according to electrical potential. Ink is ejected by controlling electric potential on this element.
●Ink is always held at nozzle balancing between gravity and tank. Surface tension prevents leaking of ink.
●With electric potential, piezoelectric element contracts and ink is drawn in and it will be ejected when the element recover its size.
●Piezoelectric element doesn't move mechanically but expands and contracts slightly by electric potential. Ejection hole is very small as 50um and drops of ejected ink are very small accordingly. This enables to keep dots sizes no more than 1mm at printing.
●These features minimize usage of ink and realized beautiful printing without blur.
●Nozzles of number of control channels are in line on a head. 1-7 holes are on a nozzle. We prepare many kinds of 32-500 channel heads.
●High speed controlling of piezoelectric element at 10 KHz enables consistent printing even at a high speed production line. And low abrasion achieved long life of head.
●New type head of our company made adopted and even advanced system which improved following points.
（１）Check bulb is equipped inside of head and crash resistance and vibration resistance are dramatically improved. Installation on conveyer line is more assured than before.
（２）Dual ink feed system is adopted to ink channel to secure ink quantity. This results in more stable printing at high speed production line.
（３）In order to prolong life of head, sealing material and ink are secluded by thin layer between piezo piston head and ink.
（４）Head is smaller than conventional ones

Explanation of inks

＜New color ink was released for JETHQ500＞ (Cinnabar for our company's HQ500 in 2003.9 was newly released.)
●Red, Blue, Green and Cinnabar are available for our company's JETHQ500 type which can print pictures, bar codes and logo freely at super high resolution of 500 dots in lengthwise direction.
●Including conventional black, there are 5 choices of colors. Inks are all oil base pigment which gives sharp vivid printing. Together with conventional black, 5 colors are available. Each ink is oil base and has clear and blight.

●ITF, JAN, Code39, EAN128 bar codes and 2 dimensional QR code can be printed.
●Variable data such as date or numbering can be expressed as bar code in real time.
●Logo and graphics can easily be printed by bit map file reading function.
●Fonts are freely selected on PC.
